What is sexual compulsion?
Sexual compulsion is defined as an “Intense focus on sexual fantasies, urges, or behaviors that can't be controlled” (Mayo Clinic). This focus has a significant negative effect on someone’s life. Sexual compulsion plays a major role in “sex addiction”, and is associated with hypersexuality.

What does it mean to be sexually sober?
Sexual sobriety is to be defined differently by each person in recovery.

Prayer? What if I’m not religious?
Each person in recovery is asked to interpret “prayer” and “God” or “higher power” however best applies to them and their life.

What is fellowship?
Fellowship is an interaction between those with the same goal. This is also sometimes used to describe the “meeting after the meeting”
